E-mail Automatic Notifications of Employer Reposting	An e-mail can be sent to the employer 3 days before their job is running out reminding them to renew their job. This e-mail will also be blind carbon copied to your site administrator or sales team so you can give this sales lead to your sales representative. The e-mail will have the employers’ company name & recruiter name, and any other information you wish. An e-mail can also be sent the day after the employer uses up the jobs they posted-not when the jobs run out, or at any other time. For example if Dell paid for three jobs and on April 17th they posted their last of the 3 jobs they would receive an e-mail on April 20th saying they have run out of job postings and it’s time to purchase some more. The e-mail will have the employers’ company name & recruiter name, and any other information you wish. We can also customize any automatic notification you wish.
E-mail Automatic Notifications to Job Seekers	A personalized e-mail can be sent to the job seeker, the day they sign up on your site or the day their resume is put into your site welcoming them to your site, or any message you wish This e-mail can also be blind carbon copied to your site administrator or sales team so you can give this sales lead to your sales representative. The e-mail will have the job seekers’ name, and any other information you wish. -- An auto-responder e-mail can also be sent to the job seekers at different dated intervals that you wish with any personalized messages that you wish. e-Commerce Administration

The entire ProfessionalJobBoards Customized JobBoards product range accommodates eCommerce capabilities that you can charge employers and job seekers. All of the most common chargeable items are included in your site. If you wish some chargeable items are available at an additional cost to include in your site. Almost all actions on your jobboard can be setup as chargeable products.

Products can be assigned their own rate, or a "package price" . Products can be offered based on unlimited usage for a period of time (i.e.: unlimited job posting for a month), or number of units available (i.e.: 10 job postings). Products can also be given away in "demo mode".

To purchase products, employers and job seekers are taken through a simple and secure purchase order sequence when after the completion of the order, the purchased products/packages are available immediately for use.

Automated Job Application Response

An employer has the option to attach an auto-response email to a job posting. When an applicant applies to a job, this auto-response email is sent to the applicant; making the appearance of a live response.

Company Profile Restrictions

The company profile restrictions feature allows you to restrict recruiters access to the creation of a company profile.

Company URL

Company URL links can be placed in strategic locations throughout your site that bring job seekers to specific company profiles. Links can be displayed as text or graphics. These text/graphic links can also be set up in your banner management.

Daily Agents

Each site includes daily job search agents and resume search agents, automatically matching jobseekers and jobs as they are put into your jobboard. These agents can be turned on and off by each employer and jobseeker as they wish. You can process them manually every day or this feature can be scheduled to execute daily through your administration Scheduled Tasks.

Employer Account Export

Site administrators can export all account and user information for both job seekers and employers. Exports are delivered as compressed ASCII files.

Event Postings

Event Postings allows links to be placed in strategic locations throughout the site. These links will bring job seekers and employers to events such as career fairs or other recruiting events. Links can be displayed as text or graphics. These text/graphic links can also be set up in the banner management application. This is used with the ScheduleOnline Applicant Tracking.

Free or Pay Mode

By default, during initial installation, this Application is in FREE MODE.

If the application is kept in FREE mode all Recruiters will be able to post the "Number of Free Job Postings" selected in the field as well as the time selected in the "Resume Search Access / Duration in Days" field.

As long as the Application remains in FREE MODE the fields listed above will
automatically update themselves behind the scenes, adding the current field
values. The front end user will never know the number of Job Postings they
have or when their resume search will expire. This is ideal for a FREE JOB
Board or for a Job Board that is just getting started. You can easily switch
to PAY MODE AT ANY TIME.

Independent/Secure Database

All ProfessionalJobBoard Customized hosted client jobboards are independent of each other. This includes both application and database configurations. Your data is protected by high encryption algorithms.

Job Postings Expiration

What you put in for this value will add the number of days in the future that all job listings will expire. The value is added to the original Job Posting date [ Today ] and will expire [ Value ] days in the future. You can change this value at any time.

Job Search Links

Job search links can be placed in strategic locations throughout the site. These links will bring job seekers to a specific job posting(s) or category. These text/graphic links can be set up in the administration section.

Job Seeker Account Export

Site administrators have the ability to export all account information for both job seekers and employers. Exports are delivered as compressed ASCII files.

Managed Credit Card Processing

If you do not have a credit processing service, ProfessionalJobBoards.com offers a managed credit card processing service that eliminates the need for you to have an Internet merchant account and its associated costs. You will not need to undertake the paperwork and expense of setting up and maintaining an Internet merchant account.

New Account Notifications

When a new account is created by a new job seeker or employer member, an email message is sent to them. This message can contain an array of variables to personalize the message. New account notifications are typically used for reminders such as logins, passwords, and promotions.

New Member Account Default Access

When new members create an account, by default, they can automatically be provided any combination of access to any feature available in the system. For example, the system could be set up to give 3 free job postings and 2 days of free resume searching.

Object Interface Access (API)

Administrators can change the look, feel and many graphics of the included components to create enhanced functionality.

Order Tracking

Included is an order tracking function that allows site administrators to view the details of all credit card and terms transactions.

Refer A Friend

The Refer a Friend feature allows job seekers and employers to refer friends to the site by a one-click step. This feature can be used to drive more traffic to the site and provide information on participating job seekers.

Resource Center

ProfessionalJobBoards.com provides a full featured, robust resource center section that can be used to serve and resources you wish to advertise on your site.

Resume Contact Information Restrictions

The Resume Contact Information restriction feature allows jobseekers to limit the visibility to employers of their contact information.

Resume Search Restrictions

The Resume Search Restriction feature allows you to limit the resume search capabilities of the employer based on a timeframe or number of searches.

Site Display Options

The site administrator has the ability to modify colors, graphics, text, headers, footers, sections, banners and style-sheets ; other modifications can be made by our webmasters.

Source Control

This Feature gives the administrator access to change some content on your site.

Validate Job Postings

The Validate Job Posting option allows you to validate a job posting to check for improper input, misspellings, or unacceptable content.

Upcoming and Past Due Billing

This supports recurring charges or invoicing for Resume Database Searches. If a member is becoming due for processing, their information along with a link to their processing page will appear. You should manually process any due dates that equal today's date.

Website Editing

Site administrators have control over what is displayed in dropdown lists and list boxes throughout the site (i.e.: "Functions", "Countries", "Search Categories", "Languages", "Citizenship Status", etc.).
